Neat Oil Range
Duracut X3M
Duracut X3M is an environmentally friendly, biodegradable, mineral oil free neat cutting oil range. These are used for machining requirements where high levels of performance are needed. The range is formulated on synthetic and natural ester technology incorporating raw materials to provide the highest degree of lubricity and extreme pressure capability for the most extremes of modern day machining requirements.
Duracut ST Range
These products are pale, low odour, chlorine free neat cutting oils containing extreme pressure additives, anti-wear, high lubricity additives and carefully selected semi-synthetic mineral oils developed for the use on high speed sliding head machines.
Duracut 11/22/32
A range of low mist neat oils for many applications. This is a “single” neat oil for many performance applications and provides excellent machining performance on a full range of materials. Its DTR additive pack allows the grade to be used on all general machining applications along with gear cutting, gear grinding, threading and broaching. The products provide excellent heat and swarf removal on high speed machining processes.
Duracut DTR/CF
Duracut DTR/CF is a medium viscosity chlorine free drilling, tapping and reaming fluid. The high EP performance package is designed to extend tool and life and minimise friction. The product is designed for use on a wide selection of raw materials.
Duracut HNF
Duracut HNF Is a technically advanced low viscosity neat cutting fluid specifically formulated as a carbide and flute and form grinding fluid. Formulated from severely refined enhanced high viscosity index mineral oil and synthetic base stocks, with added extreme pressure and lubricity additives. This produces excellent machining performance and extended wheel life, in many established flute and form grinding operations where a low viscosity fluid is required or specified.
